Overbooked” festival admission:
The deadline to request a refund for “overbooked“ festival admission has now expired (15th October 2018, 6pm BST) and requests are no longer accepted.

Refunds:
Class Refund Requests are accepted up to and including Friday 18th January 2019, 6pm GMT. An administration fee of £25 per class applies. After this date no refunds will be processed. See Class Terms & Conditions for details.

Transfers:
Transfers will only be accepted until 1st February 2019, 6pm GMT. See Class Terms & Conditions for details.

Ensure you've read all the information about classes we provided alongside the Class Terms & Conditions before you contact us - chances are that your question is already answered there. If you'd like to request a class refund or transfer, please submit one form per class to avoid delays in processing your request. We acknowledge and respond to requests during normal office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm).
