Many of you will travel by car or van and will have no need for this option, but we have been asked by a number of exhibitors about shipping goods to us. This is possible, see below what the next steps are if you wish to ship anything to us:

2.) Announce a shipment. Please do not ship anything unless you have announced a shipment AND received instructions from us.
3.) Wait for instructions from us
4.) Ship goods :-)
There are 2 options:
1.) You arrange your own uplift:
You arrange your own lift-up of goods in advance for Monday, 21st March 2016, through whichever courier you chose. You must provide all paper work and labels and leave it behind for collection.
2.) We arrange uplift:
Let us know on Saturday afternoon (by 4pm) if you have anything to ship back. We would need to know how many items and their weight and dimensions so we can create the shipment via Transglobal Express.
The items must comply with Transglobal Express' restrictions (size, weight, etc) as this is the courier we will use. We will charge your for courier fee + £15 (plus VAT) admin fee per parcel to process any item. For example: a 60cmx60cmx60cm parcel weighing up to 22kg costs 16.45 (plus.VAT) to ship. We will add our processing charge on top of that, making the total £31.45 (plus VAT (20%)).
We will label the shipment and book the courier through our account. This service must be paid for at the point of request at out Information Desk.
