Set-up times for exhibitors:
2pm to 8pm on Wednesday 14th March 2018 and from 7.30 am to 9.00 am on the following Thursday morning.

9.00am to 5.30 pm on Thursday 15th March 2018
9.00am to 5.30 pm on Friday 16th March 2018
9.00am to 5.00 pm on Saturday 17th March 2018
*9am to 10am market place access will be reserved for class-students only. The general public will be admitted from 10am on both days.
We can only accept applications for the whole weekend, and for the benefit of all exhibitors and visitors, early break-up of your exhibition area will not be permitted. The venue must be cleared by 8.30 pm on Saturday evening, leaving your exhibition area clean and free of waste. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
We work with an experienced company to furnish the exhibition space with stands to our design and layout. The earlier you apply, the better the chance that we can provide you with the desired stand size. All booths will have professional signage with your business name , booth number and lights. Nothing may be pinned to/hammered into/stuck fast to/drawn or painted onto these panels. Velcro and overhanging hooks may be used to suspend fabric or other decoration from the tops of the panels. Please note that you will need to bring all materials and fixtures to decorate your stand.
We do not allow sub-letting or unofficial sharing of stalls at EYF 2018. We allow sharing of stalls in some circumstances, but we require separate applications from both parties, highlighting intent to share and naming the other business you wish to share with. Please note that we will not be able to match up businesses wishing to share. Separate invoices will be issued. Both exhibitors must be able to attend all three days of the show. We aim to showcase the very best suppliers of yarn, tools, accessories and general frippery for hand-knitters and crocheters.
EYF is very much a hand-knitting show and successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a firm emphasis on unique and luxury products and supplies relating to this particular passion. We will consider vendors offering great products for spinning and weaving for a limited number of spaces, but the main focus will remain on hand-knitting.
We carefully review all applications and look for the following criteria:

The exhibition area is spread across the whole Corn Exchange, a historic building with a modern twist. There will be a number of break-out areas across the venue with multiple food and drink outlets available. We will provide more details about available services in the vicinity in the run-up to the event.
